Malam a.k.a pagi-pagi buta nie, nak share satu lagi resepi.. Kek pandan chiffon. Kek ni lembut dan yang penting tak menggunakan santan. Mostly kek chiffon menggunakan santan dan disebabkan saya kekurangan stok santan(sebab umi masak masak lomak cili padi), dengan sedaya upanya saya mencari resepi kek chiffon yang menggunakan susu cair. Cara:</div>

1.Untuk mmbuat kulit pai,pukul marjerin dengan kuning telur sehingga kembang.</div>

2. Masukkan tepung dan garam. Uli doh sehingga lembut.</div>

3.Masukkan air sekiranya perlu.(Saya memang tambah). Bungkus dan rehatkan selama 30 minit.</div>

4. Kemudian canai dan letakkan ke dalam acuan.Bakar sehingga kekuningan. Setelah siap, sejukkan terlebih dahulu. Ketepikan</div>

5. Untuk inti,panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang( saya masukkan batang calery terus bersama bawang). Tumis sehingga wangi.</div>

6. Masukkan cendawan dan tepung. Gaul rata.</div>

7. Masukkan susu segar dan garam secukup rasa. Perlahan api dan kacau sehingga pekat.</div>

8. Masukkan isi ayam yang telah digoreng, daun salam(sekiranya ada) dan lada hitam serta gaul sehingga rata.</div>

9. Masukkan inti kedalam pastri yang telah dibakar dan tutup permukaan pasti dengan satu lagi lapisan pastri(saya buat bentuk seperti gambar pertama).</div>

Tips: Untuk memudahkan kerja better buat inti dulu sebelum buat kulit pai. Untuk permukaan pai boleh diubah mengikut kreativiti masing-masing. Bentuk pai pon boleh diubah. Seperti saya, saya juga membuat bentuk seperti karipap sebab malas nak menunggu.hehe.. Oh ye..inti tu makan dengan garlic bread ataupun roti biasa pon best jugak..Selamat mencuba...:)</div>

Hari ni nak kongsi satu lagi resepi best dan mudah. Resepi kek tiramisu ni memang selalu buat sebab mudah dan sedap. Setiap kali cuti kalau ada barang mesti buat. Barang yang nak digunakan pon sikit je. So, boleh sangat la kalau nak try tu. Jangan risau tak jadi sebab Insyaallah jadi punya. Kemudian bulatkan adunan setiap bahagian 55 gram (boleh dapat 17 bahagian). Bentukkan bulat. Bentukkan bulat dan letakkan atas loyang pembakar yang telah disapu mentega. Ulangi untuk bulatan roti yang lain. Letakkan roti pada jarak 7.5cm diatas loyang pembakar. Ketepikan untuk diperap selama 45 minit didalam suhu suam. Pipe toppping diatas roti bentuk spiral (bulat-bulat) bermula dari tengah. Bakar pada suhu 170 darjah C selama 15-20 minit atau sehingga roti kekuningan.</span></li>

Sekarang neh tengah cuti semester dan bukak sem depan dah masuk sem 4. Cepat betul masa berlalu. Dari zaman sekolah dulu sampai sekarang ni.Macam tak percaya pulak tahun ni umur dah 21(waaaaaa, menangis sambil lap hingus)<br />

WOw..Dah lama tak update blog ni.. Okaaayy.. straight to the point malam ni nak kongsi resepi kek butter. Resepi ni umi yang bagi untuk aku buat and this is her favourite cake. Resepi mudah,senang and sedap..:)<br />

Barang:<br />
250g Butter<br />
1sudu essen vanilla<br />
4 biji gula gred A<br />
200g gula(Kalau nak kurangkan manis boleh letak 180g)<br />
200g tepung naik sendiri<br />
<br />
Cara-cara<br />
1.Pukul butter,essen vanilla dan gula sehingga kembang dan gebu.<br />
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil pukul sehingga sebati dan kembang.<br />
3. Masukkan tepung dan kacau hingga sebati.<br />
4. Bakar pada suhu 150'C selama sejam.(Ni bergantung pada oven masing-masing. Cucuk lidi kalau licin dah boleh angkat.<br />

Sediakan Loyang bulat 9" loose base tin (boleh ditanggalkan bawahnya) yang di basahkan terlebih dahulu. Masukkan satu lapisan kek span dan tuangkan 1/3 kastard pandan di atasnya hingga menutupi lubang di sekeliling loyang. Hentakkan loyang sedikit supaya kastard dapat sampai ke dasar loyang.</span><br /><span class="text-node" style="background-color: white;">4. Letakkan lapisan kedua kek span dan tuang lagi krim kastard. Buat hingga habis lapisan kek.</span><br /><span class="text-node hilight" style="background-color: white; cursor: pointer; position: relative;">5. Hentakkan 2-3 kali loyang di atas meja supaya kastard padat ke bahagian bawahnya.</span><br /><span class="text-node" style="background-color: white;">6. Alkisahnya, pensyarah aku ni dia berkongsi info dari apa yang dia baca, dan hari tu dia kata yang masa kita tidur, ada tiga lingkaran yang dibuat oleh syaitan. So, untuk rungkaikan lingakaran tu, kita perlu baca doa bangun tidur,buat solat sunat sebelum Subuh dan solat Subuh. Masa tu lah dia tanya,macam mana doa bangun tidur. Dan suara yang berbunyi tu sangaat perlahan.So, dia kata "Macam mana kamu ni,nak mintak hantaran mahal-mahal, doa bangun tidur pon tak ingat." Sentap. Dan antara golongan yang sentap 2 saat tu adalah aku.Tapi betul la apa yang dia bagitau. Doa-doa basic tu memang kita patut tahu pon kan? Take it in a good way.
